Custom software for the work off-the-shelf tools do not fit.

We build internal systems and enterprise applications from discovery through maintenance, with an architecture your team can understand and code you own.

What we deliver
  • Discovery and scope
  • Architecture and technical design
  • Working software in increments
  • Integrations with existing systems
  • Tests, deployment and documentation
  • Maintenance and support
Tools & platforms
TypeScript and ReactNode.jsPython.NET and JavaPostgres

Where this helps

The business runs on spreadsheets and workarounds
A core process depends on shared spreadsheets, email threads and one person's knowledge. It works until volume grows or that person is away.
Packaged software forces the wrong process
The product you bought covers most of the need, but the part that differentiates your business is handled outside it, with manual steps in between.
An internal system nobody wants to touch
An application built years ago still runs critical work, but it is undocumented, hard to change and depends on outdated components.

What we deliver

01
Discovery and scope
Documented workflows, user roles, integrations, constraints and a prioritized scope, with the trade-offs of each option explained.
02
Architecture and technical design
A design covering components, data model, integrations, security and hosting, sized for your expected load and team.
03
Working software in increments
Features delivered in short iterations to a staging environment you can use, rather than a single release at the end.
04
Integrations with existing systems
Connections to your ERP, CRM, identity provider, finance and other tools, so the new system fits into how data already flows.
05
Tests, deployment and documentation
Automated tests, a deployment pipeline, runbooks and architecture notes that let another team pick up the work.
06
Maintenance and support
An agreed support arrangement for fixes, updates, security patches and new features after launch.

How it works

  1. 01

    Discovery

We work with the people who will use the system, map the workflows and agree what the first release must do.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We choose the technology and structure based on your requirements, existing stack and who will maintain it.

  3. 03

    Build in iterations

Each iteration ends with working software in staging, reviewed with your team and adjusted before the next one.

  4. 04

    Test and release

Automated and user acceptance testing, data migration where needed and a planned release with rollback.

  5. 05

    Support and evolve

We monitor the system after launch, fix issues and plan the next set of improvements with you.

Design decisions we make with you

  • Build, buy or extend

We recommend custom development only where packaged software cannot reasonably cover the need. Sometimes extending an existing product is the better answer.

  • Technology choice

We favor mainstream, well-supported technologies your team can hire for and maintain, over whatever is newest.

  • Security and access

Authentication through your identity provider, role-based access and handling for sensitive data are designed in from the start.

  • Hosting

The system runs in your cloud account or ours, by agreement, with infrastructure defined in code.

  • Ownership

You own the source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation from the first commit.

Questions buyers ask

After a short discovery phase. Before that, we can give a range based on similar scopes, but a reliable estimate depends on understanding workflows, integrations and data. We usually recommend a fixed-scope discovery first.

You do, from the first commit. The repositories live in your organization or are transferred to it. See how we work.

Yes. We start with a code and architecture review, stabilize what is there and then decide with you whether to extend, refactor or replace parts of it. See application modernization.

Yes, where they help a specific workflow. We build them with the same testing and access controls as the rest of the application. See AI application development.
