Spend less time preparing outreach and more time on the conversations that follow.

Assistants gather account research, draft messages and content from your approved positioning, and write results back to the CRM — while a person reviews every message and asset before it reaches a customer.

Who uses it

The workflow

Sales development reps, account executives and marketing teams who research prospects, write outreach and produce campaign content every week.

Today
  • Reps spend hours per account piecing together research from websites, news and the CRM.
  • Personalized outreach does not scale, so most messages end up generic.
  • Content drafts drift from approved messaging and need several rounds of edits.
  • Call notes and research never make it back into the CRM.
  1. Pull account context

    System

CRM records, past activity and approved public sources are gathered for the target account.

  2. Summarize and draft

    AI

The assistant writes a short account brief and a draft message or content piece using your positioning, product facts and tone guidelines.

  3. Check against brand rules

    System

Drafts are checked for banned claims, required wording and product facts that do not match the approved list.

  4. Review and send

    Person

The rep or marketer edits the draft and decides whether and when to send or publish it.

  5. Log to the CRM

    System

The brief, final message and outcome are written back to the account record.

What to measure

Where people stay in control

Nothing is sent to a prospect or published without a person approving it. The assistant only uses product claims from an approved list, and marketing owns the rules it is checked against. Reps can mark poor drafts, which feed into regular prompt and content reviews.

  • Research and drafting time per account
  • Reply and meeting rates on reviewed outreach, compared with a control group
  • Edits needed before approval
  • Completeness of CRM activity records

Data and integrations

  • CRM access, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Approved positioning, product facts and tone guidelines
  • Past messages and content with their outcomes
  • Agreed list of external research sources

Realistic boundaries

  • Research uses only approved sources and must follow privacy law and your data policies for prospect data.
  • The assistant drafts; people decide what is sent and are accountable for it.
  • Improvements in reply rates need a comparison group to measure; we set one up rather than assume them.

Questions buyers ask

Not by default. We design for review before send. Some teams later allow automatic sending for low-risk messages such as meeting confirmations, but that is a decision you make with evidence.

Drafts are generated from your approved messaging and checked against written rules — required terms, banned claims, product facts. Rules sit in a document marketing owns, so changes do not need engineering. See our CRM automation work for the integration side.
