SaaS development for products that need to grow past the first hundred customers.

We design and build multi-tenant software products — tenant model, onboarding, subscriptions, product analytics and the infrastructure to keep shipping safely as usage grows.

What we deliver
  • Product and tenancy design
  • Onboarding and account management
  • Subscriptions and billing integration
  • Core product features
  • Product analytics and admin tools
  • Scalable infrastructure and release pipeline
Tools & platforms

Where this helps

Every new customer is a custom deployment
The product started as a project for one client. Each new customer needs a separate instance, manual configuration and its own upgrade schedule.
Billing and access are handled by hand
Plans, trials, seats and invoices are managed in spreadsheets and admin scripts, so upgrades and cancellations depend on someone remembering.
The product slows down as it grows
Larger customers hit performance problems, one tenant's usage affects others, and the team is afraid to deploy during business hours.

What we deliver

01
Product and tenancy design
The tenant model, isolation approach, roles and permissions, and how configuration differs between customers.
02
Onboarding and account management
Sign-up, invitations, single sign-on, organization settings and self-service account administration.
03
Subscriptions and billing integration
Plans, trials, usage metering and entitlements connected to a billing provider, where the product needs them.
04
Core product features
The application itself, built in iterations against a prioritized roadmap.
05
Product analytics and admin tools
Event tracking for activation and usage, plus internal tools for support and operations teams.
06
Scalable infrastructure and release pipeline
Infrastructure in code, automated deployments, feature flags and monitoring so releases are routine.

How it works

  1. 01

    Product discovery

We clarify target customers, core jobs, pricing model and the first release scope with your product owner.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We decide the tenant model, data isolation, integrations and hosting before building features on top.

  3. 03

    Build the foundations

Accounts, tenancy, permissions and the deployment pipeline come first, so every feature after uses them.

  4. 04

    Ship and measure

Features are released behind flags, instrumented and reviewed against usage.

  5. 05

    Scale and iterate

We address performance, reliability and roadmap priorities as the customer base grows.

Design decisions we make with you

  • Tenant isolation

Shared database with tenant keys, separate schemas or separate databases — chosen according to data sensitivity, customer requirements and operating cost.

  • Build or buy platform pieces

Authentication, billing and email are usually better bought than built. We build what differentiates the product.

  • Enterprise readiness

Single sign-on, audit logs, data export and role management are planned early if larger customers are the target.

  • Security

Tenant boundaries are tested, secrets are managed centrally and access to production data is restricted and logged.

  • Ownership

You own the code, infrastructure and product data. See trust and security for how we handle access during delivery.

Questions buyers ask

Most SaaS products benefit from multi-tenancy from the start, because retrofitting it is expensive. Some regulated customers need dedicated instances; we design so that is an option, not a fork of the codebase.

With a focused first release. See MVP development — the goal is to test the core hypothesis with real users before building the full platform.

Yes. We review the architecture, tenant model and release process first, then agree which issues to fix before adding features.

Tenant isolation is tested, access to production is restricted and logged, and sensitive data is encrypted. See trust and security.
