Where this helps

The storefront and the back office disagree
Stock, prices and order status are copied between systems by hand or by a nightly file. Customers see items that are gone, and the team spends mornings fixing oversold orders.
Every change needs a developer
Launching a promotion, a landing page or a new product type means a ticket and a release. The merchandising team works around the platform instead of with it.
Nobody can say whether a change helped
Checkout was redesigned and the theme was replaced, but analytics events are inconsistent, so the effect on conversion is argued about rather than measured.

What we deliver

01
Storefront build or replatform
A new storefront or migration on a hosted platform or headless stack, including content, redirects and SEO continuity.
02
Catalog and product data model
Product types, variants, attributes and bundles structured so search, filters and feeds work, with an import path from your product source.
03
Checkout and payments
Checkout flow, payment and tax provider setup, promotions and order confirmation, tested across devices and edge cases.
04
Back-office integrations
Two-way connections to ERP, inventory, order management, shipping and CRM, with logging and retry so failures are visible.
05
Measurement setup
A consistent event plan for product views, cart and checkout steps, wired to your analytics tool so experiments can be read with confidence.

How it works

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map how an order moves from browse to delivery and return, and list the systems, owners and manual steps at each point.

  2. 02

    Platform and architecture

Hosted, headless or hybrid is chosen against your catalog complexity, content needs, team skills and running cost.

  3. 03

    Build in slices

We build catalog, cart, checkout and integrations in short iterations, testing each with real product data.

  4. 04

    Migrate and launch

Products, customers and order history are migrated, redirects are mapped, and the launch is rehearsed before cutover.

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

After launch we review the funnel with your team and prioritize changes by what the data shows.

Design decisions we make with you

  • Hosted, headless or hybrid

A hosted platform is faster to run; headless gives more control over the front end at the cost of more moving parts. We recommend based on what you need to change, and how often.

  • System of record

For each piece of data — price, stock, product content, order status — one system is the source and the others follow. Deciding this early prevents most sync problems.

  • Payments and data handling

We use the payment provider's hosted fields or checkout so card data does not pass through your servers, which keeps your compliance scope smaller.

  • Who runs it day to day

The admin, content model and workflows are designed for the merchandising team, with training and a handover guide.

Questions buyers ask

Only if you need front-end control a hosted theme cannot give you — complex content, multiple storefronts, or custom experiences. Headless adds hosting, build and integration work, and we will say so if a hosted theme would do the job.

We map old URLs to new ones, carry over metadata and structured data, and check crawl results after launch. Some short-term movement is normal; a planned migration keeps it small.

Yes — customer-specific pricing, quote requests, account hierarchies and ordering from ERP data are common requirements, and they shape the platform choice. See backend and API development for the integration side.
