Mobile apps designed for the moments people actually reach for their phone.

We build iOS and Android apps — native or cross-platform — around focused mobile journeys, device features, dependable APIs and a release process that handles app store review and updates.

Where this helps

The app is a shrunken website
The mobile app repeats every feature of the web product in a cramped layout, and the few tasks people need on the move are buried.
It fails where users actually are
Field staff lose signal in warehouses and basements, and the app loses their work or refuses to open without a connection.
Releases are slow and risky
Every update is a manual build, store submission delays are unexpected and a bad release cannot be rolled back quickly.

What we deliver

01
Mobile journey design
The core tasks, screens and flows designed for mobile use, including notifications, permissions and offline states.
02
iOS and Android apps
Native or cross-platform apps built to each platform's conventions and guidelines.
03
Device feature integration
Camera, location, barcode scanning, biometrics, push notifications and Bluetooth where the journey needs them.
04
Mobile-ready APIs
Backend endpoints designed for mobile use — efficient payloads, versioning and graceful handling of poor connections.
05
Release pipeline and store management
Automated builds, beta distribution, store listings and submission, with staged rollouts and crash reporting.

How it works

  1. 01

    Define the mobile use

We identify who uses the app, where and for what, and cut the scope to the tasks that belong on a phone.

  2. 02

    Choose the approach

Native or cross-platform is decided based on device needs, performance, team skills and budget.

  3. 03

    Design and prototype

Key flows are prototyped and tested on real devices before full build.

  4. 04

    Build and test

Features are developed in iterations and tested across a matrix of devices and OS versions.

  5. 05

    Release and measure

We manage store submission, staged rollout and in-app analytics, then iterate based on usage and crash data.

Design decisions we make with you

  • Native or cross-platform

Cross-platform frameworks share most code across iOS and Android and suit many business apps. Native development suits apps that depend heavily on device capabilities or platform-specific behavior.

  • Offline behavior

We decide what must work without a connection, how data is stored on the device and how conflicts are resolved on sync.

  • Data on the device

Sensitive data is minimized, encrypted at rest and cleared on sign-out, with remote wipe for managed devices where required.

  • Distribution

Public app stores, private enterprise distribution or managed device deployment, depending on who the users are.

Questions buyers ask

For most business apps, a cross-platform framework such as React Native or Flutter is a sound choice. Native Swift and Kotlin make sense when the app relies heavily on device hardware, advanced graphics or platform-specific features.

Yes — store listings, builds, submission and responses to review feedback, as well as staged rollouts for updates.

Yes, if designed for it. We decide early which features must work offline, because it affects data storage and sync design throughout the app.

Not always. Existing APIs often need adjustments for mobile use. Where a new backend is needed, see backend and API development.
